Before working work RXN, I was struggling with shoulder/neck pain that was causing discomfort all day even at rest. I was constantly thinking about it. it started to interrupt my work and my exercise, which is very important to me. I tried stretching on my own, massages, back braces, and chiropractic care but nothing helped. after a few months with ryan, I can sleep, workout, and work without the constant nagging pain and discomfort. I feel stronger in these muscle groups than I ever have! It feels so good to finally have relief and not constantly worry about the pain coming on!
I was dealing with intense lower back pain for over a month—just walking or standing for more than 10 minutes was unbearable. Ryan not only helped relieve the pain, but he also focused on strengthening the surrounding muscles to prevent it from coming back. This wasn’t just a quick fix—it was a long-term solution. Before I started working with RXN, I was dealing with chronic right ankle/hip tightness which prevented me from efficiently squatting. I also experienced knee pain after moderate lower body exercises such as hiking, running, biking, basketball, or weightlifting.
